COP26 in Glasgow was two weeks of tough talks on how to cut emissions to avoid a climate catastrophe. Everybody is pretty much on the same page to do that. But will this COP26 actually be effective in slashing carbon emissions in time before we see a more than 1.5 degree rise in pre-industrial temperatures? 

In Glasgow, Chris Burns talked to EPP Group  MEPs Esther de Lange and Lidia Pereira to get their insight into what was going on.
